Francesca opened our bagel shop in 1994, with $85 in the bank and a love of baking. She perfected her bagel recipe and hand-made bagels every morning in her first location, a tiny 120 square foot shop. Hence the name!

Family and friends helped make and sell those bagels. Over the years, business grew and so did the size of the shop. We still boil our bagels, use organic ingredients, and our family-run business has grown into an extended family for which we are so fortunate.
